OUR SERVICES
Let's face it, life isn’t always easy. Between long California commutes, hectic work schedules and juggling family responsibilities, it’s often hard to slow down long enough to think about ourselves.
Have you thought about therapy, but ultimately not proceeded due to time constraints? At My Next Chapter Counseling we provide therapy online through a HIPAA compliant service to make therapy more accessible to you.
Our secure online therapy platform allows us to have sessions through your choice of delivery— video or telephone . Long gone are the days of schlepping to an office for an appointment. Have your session in the comfort of your own home (or backyard, or while you’re on a walk, or …well you get the picture).
Finally, therapy that fits your schedule. No traffic, no taking off time from work, school or your family, and no sitting in a waiting room.
Investment
Counseling is a safe space where the primary goal for the first session is for your therapist to listen to your concerns and for both of you to determine if working together would be a good fit.
Based on the information you provide, your therapist will make recommendations for the focus, frequency and length of counseling.

Please Note: If you are currently experiencing active suicidal thoughts, ideations, or self-harming behaviors, it is our recommendation that you seek a higher level of care than what is offered at My Next Chapter Counseling.

Video
Use video to have a session with your therapist from the comfort of your own home
This form of online therapy most closely resembles the traditional in person therapy session in that you will be able to see and interact with your therapist through use of video.
This type of session is ideal for those who are most comfortable with in-person therapy but enjoy the convenience of online services.

What You Need: webcam access and a quiet, private, comfortable environment
Phone

This form of online therapy is just like a phone call. It is ideal for those who prefer verbal communication with a therapist and don’t want to be on camera.
Phone therapy may be offered as a standalone treatment.
