My mission is to assist clients in relieving psychological suffering by identifying and implementing lifelong tools that will assist in living life to the fullest.
You are probably here because you are thinking about starting therapy.
Perhaps you're still warming up to the idea, or maybe you're ready to dive in. Either way, you're probably in a place where you aren't feeling your best. Whether you are feeling depressed, anxious, stressed about life's changes, overwhelmed with the many demands that have been placed on you or simply just need someone to talk to, I am here to listen and help. You deserve to feel your best, so why should you settle for anything less? I believe that everyone has the tools to feel better, sometimes they need help learning how to use these tools to their benefit.
Life is busy and it's often hard to put yourself first. I also know that the time it takes to schlep to an office can be a deterrent. I provide therapy online through a HIPAA compliant video service to make therapy more accessible. I specialize in using cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help treat anxiety disorders and depression.
There is always an excuse to not do something and beginning therapy can be scary. With that being said, why suffer when you don't have to? I'm approachable, honest and empathic. I'm here to help make this experience meaningful for you and support you through your journey of healing because you deserve to feel your best. I hope we can connect for a chat soon!
